摘要 PURPOSE:To properly control the revolution of an impeller required for the protection of optical parts by outputting a rotary drive command to a rotary drive means when a laser beam machining command is detected in a pretreatment process in which an execution data is prepared to perform a laser beam machining operation by analyzing a laser beam machining program. CONSTITUTION:The control part 100 of a laser beam machining device 111 analyzes a laser beam machining program in a pretreatment process, and prepares an execution data for a laser beam machining operation. When a laser beam machining command is detected in this pretreatment process, the control part 100 of the laser beam machining device 111 outputs a rotary drive command to the rotary drive means M of an impeller 7, and distinguishes if the impeller 7 reaches a prescribed rotating speed within a prescribed time or not. When it is confirmed that the impeller 7 reaches the prescribed rotating speed within the prescribed time, a laser beam machining is started according to a laser beam machining program. Also, if the impeller 7 does not reach the prescribed rotating speed after the prescribed time has elapsed, an alarm is outputted to inform of an abnormality.
