PURPOSE:To provide an additive for improving the taste of cooked rice, preventing the deterioration of taste even in the case of using rice of old crop or non-brand rice or adding barley to rice and useful for preparing cooked rice or barley resistant to aging by preservation. CONSTITUTION:The objective additive for rice cooking contains a higher saturated fatty acid triglyceride, practically coconut as an active component. The proper amount of the additive is 0.25-0.5g of coconut based on 180mL of polished rice. |
