PURPOSE:To improve the feeling of a walk without requiring any elastic joint by setting the elastic deflection limit of an outdoor staircase at level equal to the elastic deflection limit of a building frame, and connecting the outdoor staircase to the building frame. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of building units 11 are horizontally stacked on top of each other in a vertical direction, thereby constructing a building frame 12, and an outdoor unit staircase 13 is built along the exterior side of the building frame 12. Also, the elastic deflection limit of the building units 11 and floor frames 14 constituting the frame 12 is set at level equal to the elastic deflection limit of the outdoor unit staircase 13. As a result, the building units 11, floor frames 14 and unit staircase 13 come to have equivalent rigidity and deformation angle. Thus, the units 11, frames 13 and staircase 13 become free from a break due to load concentration, even when directly connected to one another, and also can be connected without any use of an elastic joint. |
