PURPOSE:To provide an exhaust emission control device capable of preventing smoke accompanying the regeneration of particulates from the exhaust to the outside irrespective of the presence of engine running while preventing the engine from corrosion. CONSTITUTION:A blower (oxygen supply means) 6 supplies oxygen to a filter 3 in regenerating the filter and a heater (igniting means) 2 burns the particulates caught by the filter 3. A back heater (reburning means) 4 is disposed in an exhaust path in the downstream of the particulates in the regeneration of the filter to reburn and decompose smoke flowing out in the early stage of regeneration from the filter 3 and accompanying the regeneration with the reburning means 4 disposed in the exhaust path downstream of the particulates in the regeneration, so that the smoke accompanying the regeneration can be prevented from being discharged to the outside irrespective of the presence of engine running and the engine can be prevented from corrosion caused by the smoke accompanying the regeneration.
