<p>PURPOSE: To provide a means for bonding shaped parts of composites or other materials. CONSTITUTION: This bonding means includes an elastic pad made of intertwined nylon fibers, each of which has a small crosssectional diameter, so as to have minute gaps. The pad as an air-permeable pad 116 for curing a resin material composite part is arranged on a part 14 in order to arrange the part 14 on a molding tool 11. In order to cure the part, the part 14 and the air-permeable pad 116 are covered by a vacuum bag 17, the edge of which is joined to the molding tool 11. Further, the vacuum bag 17 is equipped with an evacuating port 18. The whole assembly is arranged in an autoclave so as to apply a vacuum to the vacuum bag 17 under heat and pressure in order to discharge an air or a volatile matter emerging from the part 14 under curing through the air-permeable pad 116.</p> |
