CONSTITUTION:Singular point detecting means 10a, 10b, 10c to detect a singular point set on a material transferred as a tracking object, and a correction deciding part 13 to decide the correction of the singular point detected from a distance difference between the position of the singular point detected by the singular point detecting means 10a, 10b, 10c, the position of an estimated singular point required by the transfer amount of the material and a fuzzy rule of a rule membership function file 14 and a membership function are provided on this device.</p> |
