PURPOSE:To provide the molding processing method and its device which can carry out the extrusion molding for resin or the like smoothly, retain a good cut-off face for a long period of time setting the shape of a cut-off section freely. CONSTITUTION:When a molding 100 extruded continuously through an extrusion opening of a molding die 18 is processed, an end of a thick walled processing blade 12 heated up to the temperature in the vicinity of the melting point of resin by an electric heater 14 is moved back and forth to a processing site just after extrusion and melt cut by the processing blade 12. As the molding 100 is melt cut just after extrusion, the extrusion can be carried out smoothly even if the extrusion speed is fast, and the processing blade 12 scarcely gets damaged to retain a good cut-off face for a long period of time, and the processing blade 12 can be manufactured by cut processing tool steel, and the shape of the blade can be set freely. |
