PURPOSE: To provide a container for food processing especially suitable for preparing Korean pickles that can be used similarly for both persons skilled and unskilled in technique for preparing Korean pickles. CONSTITUTION: This container has an upward-opened hold container and a cover to be held by a handle selectively sealed and pivotaly attached on such a hold container 12, the handle is equipped with an external hold bar, and this hold bar is equipped with a drooped clip for locking a projection, which is provided on the hold container while being engaged downward with the cover, from the downside. The cover has a dome-shaped central part in response to pressure and a gas release port to be selectively opened. |
