PURPOSE:To smoothly convey a mold, preventing it from staying in slow cooling lines and efficiently mold various kinds of pieces by providing a plurality of slow cooling lines at a slow cooling station to be provided next to an injection molding station and conveying the mold to a corresponding slow cooling line in accordance with temperature and type of the mold. CONSTITUTION:In a molding system, molding is performed by conveying a mold to stations for heating, injection molding, slow cooling, taking out a molded piece in sequence. A slow cooling station 4 is equipped with a plurality of slow cooling lines 11-13 arranged in parallel, which supply cooling air respectively by an air duct 14 so as to cool the mold to different temperature. The entrances of slow cooling lines 11-13 and the injection molding station are communicated at a moving stage 1.6 of a mold conveying means 15. Also, in the neighborhood of the mold conveying means 15, a temperature detecting means 18 of the mold and a mold discriminating means 20 are provided. A control means 19 controls the mold conveying means 15 based on the detection information so as to convey the mold to the proper slow cooling lines 11-13. |
