<p>PURPOSE:To produce a thin lead titanate film having a large area at a low cost under slight restriction by the shape or quality of a substrate used. CONSTITUTION:Multiple alkoxide is formed from lead carboxylate and titanium alkoxide, a substrate is immersed in an aq. soln. of the multiple alkoxide and a thin film is formed on the surface of the substrate by hydrolyzing the multiple alkoxide. This thin film is then heat-treated.</p> |
