<p>PURPOSE:To provide an automatic dear locking device having compact construction by operating an open lever to open a door to shift the axial center between a turning and a moving shaft, and making unable the rotation of a fan-type lever to transfer to an interlocking lever. CONSTITUTION:A latch 6 is in a position of half-latch, and when an outer open handle 56 or an inner open handle 60 of a door is operated in a state to operated an actuator 25 to rotate an open lever 51, a shaft 62 positioned on the same axial center line as that of a rotary shaft 27 is shifted, and a pin 64 of a moving lever 63 is moved to a position facing to a circular hole 46 from a radial hole 47 of the fan-like lever 38. Interlocking between the pin 64 and fan-like lever 38 is released, even if the lever 38 is rotated, the pin 64 moves only inside the circular hole 46, turning effort of the lever 38 is not transferred to the pin 64, and a turning lever 49 and an interlocking lever 28 are not rotated. When the lever 51 is rotated, a vertical link 66 connected with a shaft 65 moves up and down, a contact piece 73 pushes a projection 11 of a ratchet 11 downward, so that a claw 13 is separated from a half interlocking step section 14 of the latch 6, and the door is opened.</p> |
