SEPARATION OF MICROORGANISM DNA

摘要

PURPOSE:To separate, from a solution containing a DNA obtained by cell homogenization of a microorganism and a biologically active protein, the DNA and the biologically active protein by using a resin bound with anion exchanging groups. CONSTITUTION:An E. coli DNA and a biologically active protein such as human SOD are separated by using a resin bound with anion exchanging groups such as HPA-25 from a buffer solution of 10mM and pH7.0 containing the DNA obtained by cell homogenization of recombinant E. coli. and the biologically active protein.
