<p>PURPOSE: To ensure hermetic sealing properties while forming an economically desirable hermetic sealing joint by making it possible to simultaneously use two welding tools during a period making substantially same acting pressures usable at both working positions. CONSTITUTION: At both end parts of a torsion spring 3, a cap closes a capsule- shaped structure of a support 5a and/or a connection plate 17 and the torsion spring 3 from the outside. The force started in a drive arbor 2 with respect to the capsule-shaped structure of a driver 1 arrives at clamping connection parts 15, 15a through a force flow passage. Therefore, the force is transmitted to arbors 21, 21a through levers 20, 20a and welding forces F, Fa are applied to welding tools.</p> |
