BEAD REMOVING DEVICE FOR PALETTE MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN AND BEAD CUTTER MECHANISM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To enable the automation of bead removing operation and to perfectly remove the bead generated on an r-surface by providing a movable frame in a state slidable so as to cross a palette holding means at a right angle and providing an arm having a cutter blade to the leading end part thereof in a freely liftable manner. CONSTITUTION:A palette feed device is provided between a palette rotating device 15 and a support device 17 and the palette rotating device 15 is constituted by providing the slide stand 39 advancing and retreating in the same direction as the advancing and retreating direction of a pedestal 25 to the stand 35 fixed to the pedestal 25. A rotary shaft 49 having a rotary plate 37 fixed to the leading end thereof is supported on the slide stand 39 and the cutter advancing and retracting device 20 of a bead cutter driving means 11 is arranged to a movable frame 91 in a state slidable so as to cross a palette holding means 10 at a right angle. An arm 90 having a cutter blade provided to the leading end part thereof is provided to the movable frame 91 in a freely liftable manner.
