PURPOSE:To miniaturize the whole door device in a detector for detecting the position of an automatic door equipped with a diffuser mounted to the upper side of the door and the door position detector consisting of a light emitting section and a light receiving section arranging in opposition to each other by holding the diffuser forward and backward. CONSTITUTION:The length of a diffuser 3 mounted to the upper side of a door 1 is shorter than the width of the door 1, and one end of the diffuser is withdrawn from the front end of the door 1 by a length longer than the size of a controller 5 to mount. Two position detection sensors 4-1 and 4-2 are so arranged that a position of the door 1 can be detected even if it is placed to any positions of a door frame 2. |
