PURPOSE:To enhance production efficiency by continuing the accumulation operation in an accumulation part without delay even when paper jamming is generated in a bundling part by the disturbance of a printed book bundle. CONSTITUTION:An accumulation part A accumulating the printed books fed in a squeegee state from a rotary press or a folder to form a printed book bundle, the insertion part B introducing the printed book bundle from the accumulation part into a container and the bundling part C bundling the printed book bundle from the accumulation part A are provided and both parts B, C are arranged so as to be capable of being changed over with respect to the accumulation part A. At a usual time, the printed book bundle from the accumulation part A is sent to either one of the parts B, C and, at an emergent time, the part not used at the usual time is used to continue the accumulation operation in the accumulation part A. |
