PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of a film of superior impact strength by processing a polypropylene resin composition with a blend of polypropylene resin, octadecyl propionate and tris phosphite at a given ratio, and forming a film by means of the blend at the take-off speed of 50m/minute or more. CONSTITUTION:A polypropylene resin composition includes following components (A), (B) and (C). (A): Polypropylene resin of 100 pts.wt., (B): Octadecyl-3-(3,5-di-t- butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate of 0.05-0.30 pts.wt. and (C): tris (2,4-di-t-butyl phenyl)phosphite of 0.03-0.20 pts.wt. A film is prepared by the polypropylene resin composition adjusted in the above manner in the T-die method at the take-off speed of 50m/minute or more and the molding temperature of 230-280 deg.C. The generation of defective phenomenon of the film can be prevented and the productivity of the film of superior impact strength can be prevented by the arrangement. |
