PURPOSE:To produce lipase by cultivating lipase producing bacteria having antibiotics resistance and collecting lipase from the cultured medium and to obtain the lipase producing bacteria used therefor. CONSTITUTION:Lipase production by cultivating lipase producing bacteria obtained by mutation of Pseudomonas bacteria as a mother stock and having antibiotics resistance, and collecting lipase from the cultured medium, and lipase producing bacteria used therefor are required in this patent. High production of lipase is attained by this lipase producing method and the lipase producing bacteria used therefor.
