PURPOSE:To provide an antifungal culture vessel excellent in heat resistance, easy to hold culture tissue, capable of furnishing air permeability. CONSTITUTION:A biaxially oriented blow molded vessel 1 having multilayer structure made up of a polyester and a heat-resistant resin such as polycarbonate is first made, and its barrel is provided with a spiral groove and projection 41, 42 followed by vertical division into two; a culture tissue is then held in the lower part 44 of the vessel followed by monolithically screwing the upper part 43 and the lower part 44 of the vessel through the groove 42 and the projection 41, thus affording the objective culture vessel.
