BRAKING DEVICE PARTICULARLY FOR SKATES Braking device particularly usable for skates including a shoe composed of at least one quarter articulated to a shell associated with a supporting frame for two or more wheels. The device includes a rod member which is connected to a braking element and has a kinematic system suitable to allow the rotation of the quarter without activating the braking element, so as to allow to deactivate the braking element while skating or allow rearentry insertion of the foot if the skate is of the rearentry type. A locking element is provided for locking the kinematic system and/or the devices for deactivating the braking element.
