The invention, in the mechanics field, relates to a pinching system obtained by the sliding over a sector of two shells (1) equipped with an articulation (2), these two shells being clamped by an O ring held in place in a retainer (7) and provided with an off-centred housing (4) and with mating blocks (3). A male component inserted into the off-centred housing tends to separate the two shells which return to their initial position, trapping it in a durable way until tension exerted on this component makes it possible to uncouple it. The invention can be applied to any field where the coupling of two components achieved at low cost is an advantage. It is particularly intended for the business gift sector for its use as a token-holding keyring. <IMAGE>
