Device for protecting floors from shoes with nails, spikes or studs. The invention consists of a device making it possible to walk on all types of floor using shoes equipped with nails, spikes or studs and intended for specific surfaces, for example golf shoes. The device consists of a covering (Fig. 1) composed of a sole (1) matching the shape and the curvature of the sole of the shoe, as well as an envelope (2) covering over the edge of the sole of the shoe. The whole assembly is held by an elastic band (3) having a perimeter smaller than that of the sole of the shoe which, stretched when the shoe is inserted into the cover, is then positioned over the edge of the sole of the shoe to ensure satisfactory retention. <IMAGE>
