<p>The present invention refers to a coupling structure for channel sections, especially for making window frames or the like, comprising a frame section provided with a fin which projects from one base surface of the section and which defines an abutment for a surface of a sheetlike element to be combined with the frame section at the base surface. In the base surface there is defined a seat for engaging a glass fastening section that is provided with a counterfin which is situated opposite the fin of the frame section, when the glass fastening section is combined with the frame section, and which defines an abutment for the other surface of the sheetlike element. The engaging seat is bounded by the base surface of the frame section, by a first lateral projection which rises from the base surface and which is provided with a lateral extension, situated opposite the base surface and defining an undercut, and by a second lateral projection which rises from the base surface. The glass fastening section has a fin which can be inserted between the undercut and the base surface of the frame section and which is provided with a piece that can engage, by elastic deformation of the glass fastening section, against the side of the second lateral projection turned toward the first lateral projection. <IMAGE></p> |
