Method and test for tagging the human tissue plasminogen activator antigen in a sample containing such antigen, using antibodies and analytically definable reagent, characterised in that the tested sample is linked with antibody for a polypeptide corresponding with the domain similar to EGF of the human tissue plasminogen activator antigen, while antigen-antibody complex is tagged.5. Method and test tagging the human tissue plasminogen activator antigen in a sample containing such antigen, by creating two-component antigen complex in a sample with the first antibody capable of reacting with this antigen, creating three-component complex by linking two-component complex with the second antibody capable to react with the above antigen, and detecting presence of the three-component complex by the analytically detectable signal generated by the reagent, or by tagging anti immunoglobulin antibodies, characterised in that the antibodies for polypeptide corresponding with the domain similar to EGF of the human tissue plasminogen activator are used as one of those antibodies.9. Diagnostic test for the human tissue plasminogen activator antigen tagging, with application of antibodies, characterised in that it contains antibodies for polypeptide corresponding with the domain similar to the EGF of the human tissue plasminogen activator, either immobilised on a permanent carrier or dissolved in a liquid phase.14. Diagnostic test for the human tissue plasminogen activator antigen tagging with application of antibodies, characterised in that it contains first antibodies reacting specifically with the protein of the human tissue plasminogen activator, and system for detecting complex antigen-antibody containing second antibodies capable of specific reaction with the human tissue plasminogen activator antigen or possibly anti immunoglobulin antibodies, while antibodies for polypeptide corresponding with the domain similar to the EGF of the human tissue plasminogen activator are used as one of those antibodies.
