Diagnostic test for the human tissue plasminogen activator antigen tagging with application of antibodies, characterised in that it contains first antibodies reacting specifically with the protein of the human tissue plasminogen activator, and system for detecting complex antigen-antibody containing second antibodies capable of specific reaction with the human tissue plasminogen activator antigen or possibly anti immunoglobulin antibodies, while antibodies for polypeptide corresponding with the domain similar to the EGF of the human tissue plasminogen activator are used as one of those antibodies.
