- Method of crimping one end of a flexible tube in a more rigid ferrule (holder, socket). - According to the invention, it consists in: - injecting a polymerisable product into the end of the tube; - inserting a hard core into the polymerisable product, inside the tube; - allowing the assembly to dry; - inserting the end of the tube into an axial hole in the ferrule, the diameter of which is greater than that of the tube; - crimping the rear part of the ferrule around the flexible tube.
