A funnel-shaped element (10), fixed to the top (9) of a vertical plate (4) joining two sliders (3) in transverse grooves (2) of a baseplate (1), has a broader end (11) leading into a steeply tapered section (14). The longitudinal slot (17) extends through this and a more gently tapered section (15) to the narrower end (12) where two pairs of rollers (18) rotate in ball-bearings.A plate (19) carrying the upper rollers is pivotable by lever (21) against a spring. The tape is fed into the funnel from the front and folded against the bar (23).
