Low profile tray made from folded card

The flat card is pressed with the attached edges (2, 3) and the corner tags. The sides are folded up and the corners tucked in and secured by flaps (5) attached to the ends of two of the tucks. The folded down flaps secure the tray and ensure that there are no cut edges on the inside of the tray.The tray is made of card coated with a waterproofing layer at least on the inside. The sides and corner tucks are defined by pressing the fold grooves without damaging the coating. No separate fasteners are required.
