PRECHARGING AND EQUALIZING CIRCUIT

The circuit improves the gain of the sense amplifier so that the access operation is carried out at high speed. The circuit comprises; a precharge circuit in order that the first and second input/output line is charged to the first default level if the access operation is otherwise; a semiconductor memory device employing the equalizer to sustain the same level if the access operation is otherwise; and an input/output level exchanger operated by the default control signal.
