The bearing engages with the bottom corner of the window-frame, which contains a C-section groove, at the lock side. Its first arm (13) has a fixing strip (15) protruding into the groove (10) and with a protrusion (17) on one side engaging behind one flange (11) of the groove, while a face on the other side of the strip bears against the inside edge (19) of the other flange (12).Its second arm (14) also has a fixing strip protruding into the groove, but with protrusions on both sides, by which it locks behind both groove flanges (11, 12). One or both of the latter protrusions taper in the direction of the groove bottom, and the strip itself can be non-continuous. The first arm can bear against the vertical frame member (8) and the second against the horizontal one.
