PURPOSE:To provide uniform electrical, optical and photoconductive characteristics by maintaining the surface of a substrate ion the state of coating the same with liquid contg. polybutene, and dropping rigid spherical bodies onto such surface from a prescribed height, thereby forming spherically recessed shapes of traces on the substrate surface. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a base is coated with the liquid contg. polybutene. The plural spherical bodies 103, 103... having approximately the same diameter are regularly dropped from approximately the same height toward the different parts of the surface 102 of the base 101 to uniformly generate the plural spherical recesses 104, 104... of traces having approximately the same curvature (R) and approximately the same width so as to overlap on each other by which the rugged shapes are regularly formed. Then the intervention of the intermetallic compd., metallic oxide, etc. and the presence of holes in the alloy structure are eliminated at all and the generation of surface defects such as integranular steps is obviated. The surface of the metallic body is thus maintained at the preferable surface shape. The electrical, optical and photoconductive characteristics are thereby stabilized and the resistance to light fatigue is improved. |
