PURPOSE:To obtain the titled substrate suitable to use for an elec trophotographic sensitive body by falling or dropping a rigid body having a true sphere or a rigid sphere having concave and convex surfaces from a pre scribed height on the surface of a substrate which is in a state of coating a liquid contg. polybutene thereon. CONSTITUTION:The surface coating liquid satisfys following conditions namely a low viscosity liquid, a removal effect of electricity, a coating effect, a liquid capable of washing off a formed coating film, a liquid capable of drying a worked surface in a complete clean state after washing off the coated film, and said liquid is a long chain hydrocarbon, and is usually applied to the substrate as a solution of a suitable organic solvent. The substrate having uniform and regular concave and convex shapes is produced by dropping regularly a plural spheres 103, 103... having the same diameter from the same height facing different positions of the surface 102 of the substrate 101, thereby forming a plural spherical cavities 104, 104... having the almost same curvature due to traces of said spheres. |
