(a) inserting a punch (33) into the punch holder (31), after putting a weight (20) on the safety device (40) and arranging the die (34); (b) sticking cup-type can material (50) on the end of the punch (31) and raising the can material (50) to the first ironing die (34); (c) ironing the can material (50) to the punch rate corresponding to kinectic energy of the weight (20) by raising the weight (20) to the optional height and dropping on the punch (33), after removing a fixing rod (43) of the safety device (40); (d) drawing out the ironed can (50a) from the punch (33) and the die holder (32); (e) measuring the amount of frosting phenomenon in the ironed can by conventional measuring method; and (f) repeatledly performing the above steps to change the weight raising height and the punch rate.
