PURPOSE: To obtain a non-foil cardboard laminate for packaging food having improved gas barrier characteristics and improved resistance to migration of refined oil, taste and vitamin. CONSTITUTION: The cardboard container comprises a cardboard support interposed between two heat sealable low density polyethylene polymer layers, and a five component barrier layer co-extruded from the polymer of the support. The fiber component barrier layer has a low density polyethylene, an adhesive connecting layer, an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, an adhesive connecting layer and a low density polyethylene. |
