PURPOSE:To perform with high accuracy the rotation of a turntable and positioning at the time of suspension, by a method wherein an annular driven gear is provided on a turntable, and a pair of idle gears gearing with the driven gear and a driving gear transmitting a turning of a motor are interposed between the driven gear and driving gear. CONSTITUTION:An annular driven gear 61 is fixed to an external circumference of a turntable 7 supported freely turnably on a base 5 through a support shaft. A pair of idle gears 62, 62 supported freely turnably through the support shafts 63 each provided on the base 5 in a standing state are geared with a driven gear 61. Then the pair of the idle gears 62, 62 are generated with a driving gear 66 fitted to a reduction gear 65 of an AC servomotor 64 on the above- mentioned base 5. Since the pair of the idle gears 62, 62 are interposed between the driving gear 66 and driven gear 61 on the external circumference of the above-mentioned turntable 7, a backlash between gears each can be removed and intermittent rotations of the turntable 7 and positioning at the time of suspension can be performed with high accuracy. |
