PURPOSE:To always execute an exact precedence display by deriving the parameter of a built-in predictive function by a regression analysis, and predicting and calculating a temperature in future time by the predictive function specified by the derived parameter. CONSTITUTION:By a temperature measuring part 1, the temperature of a part to be measured is detected din a prescribed period, and a temperature data T is outputted to a ling 104. In a predictive arithmetic part 2 provided with the predictive function to which parameter is undecided, before starting a measurement, a prescribed measurement starting condition is decided by monitoring a temperature detection data T. After the measurement is started, not only the data T from the measuring part 1 but also a measurement elapsed time data of an each temperature detection time point from a measurement elapsed time measuring function are stored successively, and whenever the prescribed number of data are accumulated and stored, an extraction data is used, and the undecided parameter of the predictive function is determined by the regression analysis. Subsequently, the determined predictive function, a predictive calculation of a temperature detection value in a future time are executed, and even if a difference exists in a temperature raising curve due to the variance of a heat characteristic of a probe and the difference of the measuring part, an exact predictive temperature TP is always displayed 3. |
