The present invention relates to a supporting elbow (12) for a sun vizor (1) supplied with electricity by at least two conductors (5, 6) running inside the said supporting elbow (12). The said supporting elbow (12) is made by over-moulding at least one portion (5c, 6c) of the said conductors (5, 6) with a plastic material in such a way that the said conductors form a block with this plastic material. According to the method of the invention, the over-moulding is carried out in two steps: a first step in which the said portion of conductors is over-moulded with plastic material in such a way as to obtain a supporting elbow blank (22) of which at least one part has a cross-section less than the corresponding cross-section of the said supporting elbow, and a second step in which the said blank is over-moulded in order to obtain the said supporting elbow in a finished state. …<IMAGE>… |
