A cloudy rice wine with mung beans is prepd. by (a) cooking mung beans powder (1) and unglutinuous rice powder (2) to obtain the hot cereal, (b) mixing the obtd. hot cereal with (1) and (2), kneading, drying the outer surface of the kneaded rice cake and fermenting the rice cake with pine needles, (c) pulverizing the fermented rice cake to obtain the malt powder (3), (d) mixing wheat powder and water, boiling, re-mixing the (3) and (1) and aging for 7 days, (e) soaking barley in water, mixing with the aged malt, and fermenting for 10 days, (f) adding water into the fermented mixt., filter pressing, and distillating, and (g) mixing the distilled wine with cooked rice, water, ginseng, Pachymae fungus, hawthorn, bamboo leavees etc., fermenting and filter pressing to obtain the final product.
