The voice eliminating circuit includes a stereophonic decoder for checking whether an input sound signal is stereophony or mono and generating a signal corresponding to a left channel and a right channel, a voice eliminator for eliminating a voice signal having the same phase in the signal of the left channel and the signal of the right channel generated from the stereophonic decoder, and an output unit for amplifying an output of the voice eliminator to a magnitude which is audible by a human being, thereby generating only pure sound.
