PURPOSE:To provide a ceramic component in which a dielectric layer can be baked simultaneously with an Ag electrode by providing a dielectric material, which has high dielectric constant, which can be baked simultaneously with an Ag electrode, and in which the temperature characteristic of the dielectric constant is good, and by using the dielectric materials. CONSTITUTION:Lead oxide, bismuth oxide, magnesium oxide, and niobium oxide are contained, at the mol ratio expressed by the sides (excluding the line segment CD) and the inside of a quadrangle with tops ABCD in a diagram of three-component composition, where 1/3<PbO/(PbO+Bi2O3<1 is satisfied while a mixed phase of a lead pyrochlore phase, a bismuth layer and a bismuth pyrochlore phase is contained. |
