PRECAST FLOORS BOARD CONSTRUCTION FOR SUSPENSION FLOOR BOARD BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION AND PRECAST FLOOR BOARD USED FOR SUCH CONSTRUCTION

PURPOSE:To make it possible to construct precast floor boards without necessitating such work as fitting a formwork between precast floor boards and arrangement of bars. CONSTITUTION:With regard to a construction of erecting numbers of precast floor boards 3 on PC steel material stretched between abutments, the precast floor boards 3 are provided with box piercing holes 13 on both side edges in the longitudinal direction to erect high railings 12 and the high railings 12 are erected before precast floor boards 3 are hung on the PC steel material 1 and pushed forward. On the other hand, a small protruding strip 16 is provided on the outer circumferential portion on the sides in front and rear of the precast floor boards 3 and a sealing material is fitted in the front surface of at least one side of the small protruding strip 16. When the precast floor boards 3 are pushed forward and linked together in series, a formwork is formed between each precast floor board 3 with the small protruding strips 16 facing each other and a joint is made in a space W formed by intervals L (about 10mm to 50mm) between each precast floor boards 3 by placing mortar or concrete.
