摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the novel antibody useful for separating basophils suitable for the releasing test of a specific chemical mediator through IgE. CONSTITUTION:This monoclonal antibody is e.g. a monoclonal antibody BA 101, recognizing a basophil, holding its activity after immobilized on a carrier, not inhibiting the specific release of histamine through the IgE from the basophil, and not inducing the non-specific release of histamine from the basophil. The exemplified anitibody is produced with a hybridoma BA 101 Shionogi (FERM BP-4004).
