<p>PURPOSE: To keep a specific trimming gap between a rotary blade and a counter blade. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises two cellular wheels 4 respectively rotatable around one central axis 5, and these cellular wheels respectively comprise the cells 25, 35 for one product P arranged around the axis and separated from one another by the spokes 23, 33. The spoke 33 comprises a blade rotating together with the cellular wheel 4, and at least one fixed counter blade 39 is mounted corresponding to this rotary blade 36. This counter blade is connected to a guide member 46 guided on a running surface 47 of the cellular wheel 4, and surely keeps a predetermined cutting gap with respect to the rotary blade 36 cooperating with the counter blade 39.</p> |
