PURPOSE:To provide the optical wiring circuit which is small and inexpensive and the process for production of such circuit. CONSTITUTION:This optical wiring circuit is constituted by forming a light transmission path 4 of a transparent resin having a high refractive index on a substrate 1 disposed with plural optical elements 2, 3 so that light can be transmitted between the optical elements 2 and 3 through this light transmission path 4. This process for production of such optical wiring circuit consists of a stage for laminating the transparent resin of a photosetting type having the high refractive index on the substrate disposed with the plural optical elements, a stage for irradiating the surface of the transparent resin laminated on the substrate with prescribed rays through a mask and a stage for removing the transparent resin exclusive of the parts irradiated with these rays by a developer. |
