PURPOSE:To obtain excellent mechanical properties, suitable cloudiness and low glossiness by incorporating specific ratios of thermoplastic polyester resin and specific thermoplastic resin and forming a roughed film of biaxially oriented film under various specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:A roughed film is formed of a laminated film containing 90-96wt.% of thermoplastic polyester resin (A), 10-4wt.% of specific thermoplastic resin (B), biaxially oriented film (C) in which various conditions are specified and thermoplastic resin having the film (C) as a surface layer. The resin (B) is so set to the resin (A) that glass transition temperature is high, critical surface tension is different at 0.1dyne/cm or more and melting viscosity at 10<2>sec<-1> of a shearing speed at 280 deg.C is 500-50000 poise. The film (C) is so set that a thickness is 6-15mum, cloudiness is 40-50%, glossiness is 70-30%, a central surface mean roughness is 0.05-0.12mum. |
