PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning of a ventilation apparatus with respect to a ceiling surface by providing an opening location adjusting frame on an opening formed in a lower surface of a box, and further providing between a panel having an opening and a lower portion of a heat exchanger a movable partition plate separating an air supply circuit from an air exhaust circuit. CONSTITUTION:There is provided on an opening 5 formed in a lower surface of a box 1 constituting an external configuration of a body vertically movably a cylindrical adjusting frame 7 for vertically adjusting the location of the opening 5. There are further provided a panel 14 which is mounted on a lower surface of the adjusting frame 7 and which has two openings, and a movable partition plate 22 which includes a rotatable coupling portion 29 on the lower portion of a heat exchanger 2 between it and the lower portion of the heat exchanger 2 in the box 1 which performs heat exchange between supply and exhaust air streams, and which plate has a free end 32 which makes slidable contact with an upper surface of an inner frame 13 of the panel 14, and further which plate separates an air supply circuit 15 from an air exhaust circuit 16. Hereby, separation between the air supply circuit and the air exhaust circuit is automatically achieved by the movable partition plate only with an adjustment of the adjustment frame, so that an adjusting work with respect to a ceiling surface is facilitated and simplified. |
