PURPOSE:To provide an operating device by a laser beam abundant in durability at a low cost and use it separately for incision, coagulation, or transpiration. CONSTITUTION:A device performing the operation of an in vivo tissue while a blade 14 is brought into contact with it is provided with a grip section 10 for an operator, the blade 14 heated by a laser beam integrated with the grip section 10 and made of a laser beam-nonpermeable material, and an optical fiber 18 receiving the laser beam and outputting the laser beam from its tip. The optical fiber 18 is positioned so that part of the blade 14 exists in the radiation region of the laser beam from the optical fiber 18, and the optical fiber 18 can be moved near to or apart from the blade 14 while held by the grip section 10. |
