摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a block copolymer-medicinal agent composite improved in the solubility of the medicinal agent sparingly soluble in water, and having such high pharmacological effect as not to be found in the medicinal agent, and to provide a block copolymer to be used for the composite. CONSTITUTION:The composite characterized by that a block copolymer made up of (A) hydrophilic polymer structural portions and (B) hydrophobic polymer structural portions to which no medicinal agent has not been bound, bearing anthracene skeleton and/or anthraquinone skeleton in the side chain, forms micelles with the portions A as the outer nucleus and a sparingly water-soluble medicinal agent is included in the hydrophobic inner nucleus.
