摘要 PURPOSE:To unnecessitate the accurate judgement of a change in the load of a turbine and to always maintain the proper control performance irrespective of a change in the state of a gas turbine. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an estimated molar ratio arithmetic system for calculating an estimated molar ratio 129 of ammonia concentration to NOx concentration based on a flow rate of ammonia 124, a flow rate of waste gas 125 and estimated NOx concentration 128 at the inlet of a denitrification device and the 1st fuzzy controller 134 for obtaining 1 molar ratio operating signal 133 by fuzzy inference based on a deviation 103 of a detected value 101 of NOx concentration from a set value 100 and a rate of change in water jet flow 122. An integrator 136 for integrating the molar ratio operating signal 133 to output a molar ratio set value 135, the 2nd fuzzy controller 144 for outputting a valve opening/closing operating signal 143 by fuzzy inference based on a deviation 137 of an estimated molar ratio 129 from a set value 135 and its rate of change 139 and an integrator 145 for integrating the valve opening/closing operating signal 143 to output a control signal 115 are also provided.
