摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a method for mass production of chimeral protein for polyvalent vaccine for virus, and to provide recombinant baculovirus therefor. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, recombinant baculovirus is produced by incorporating the nonessential domain of the genome of baculovirus with a DNA obtained by fusion between part of the cDNA coding the surface antigen protein of Japanese encephalitis virus and the DNA coding the surface antigen protein of hepatitis B virus. This recombinant baculovirus is then cultured to manifest a polyvalent vaccine. Thus, the objective chimeral protein usable as the polyvalent vaccine can be mass-produced.
