<p>PURPOSE:To make a display code variable and to reutilize an identifier by displaying an identification code by an electrooptical display device. CONSTITUTION:When the power source of a liquid crystal panel 6 is turned OFF by a switch 2, the state of a RAM 4 is simultaneously turned from an output mode to a data input mode. Then, identification code data are transferred while the RAM 4 is controlled by the signals of an external interface 3 by a personal computer or the like. When data transfer to the RAM 4 is normally completed and the power source of the liquid crystal panel 6 is turned ON by the switch 2, the RAM 4 is turned to a data output mode and the identification code data stored in the RAM 4 are displayed on the liquid crystal panel. Since the state of the RAM 4 is held until the switch 2 is switched, the contents of the RAM 4 are not changed as long as the power source of the liquid crystal panel 6 is not turned OFF.</p> |
